Privacy Policy

LawFirmAI is committed to keeping firm and client data confidential. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how it's stored.

What We Collect

We collect account information (firm name, address, owner email), user profile data (name, email, role), and content you create or upload while using the platform (drafts, uploaded documents, extracted fields). Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.

How We Use It

Your data is used to provide the service to your firm and the users you authorize. We do not sell your data. We do not use firm content to train AI models. AI features call third-party model providers under data-processing agreements that prohibit training on inputs.

Storage and Security

Data is stored in encrypted form in Supabase (Postgres). Access is scoped to your firm via row-level security and server-enforced gates. Production traffic is TLS-encrypted end-to-end.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain firm data for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation, data is preserved for 30 days so you can re-subscribe without losing work, then permanently deleted on request. Contact ngobusinessgroup@gmail.com to request earlier deletion.
