Terms of Service

LawFirmAI.app (“LawFirmAI”, “we”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant software platform of AI-assisted apps for law firms. By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

The service is provided on a subscription basis to law firms and their authorized staff. Each firm is responsible for ensuring its users keep credentials secure and use the platform in compliance with applicable law and professional ethics rules. AI-generated drafts are not legal advice and must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before being used in any matter.

Accounts and Access

Firm administrators are responsible for managing seat allocations, inviting users, and removing users who no longer require access. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Data and Confidentiality

We treat all firm data as confidential. Firm data is logically isolated by tenant and is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A one-time setup fee is charged at onboarding. Additional seats are billed per-seat at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains available through that period.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” LawFirmAI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.
